Her side of the story
“I will tell you however that what I have heard in a brief statement made by a SNCO is that you tried to commit suicide and something about a mental ward and that you made false accusations about her attacking you. I have also been told that the male Marine in your video is not being charged with anything and neither is your wife, I’m not sure what story they told to explain the events that are clearly seen in your video but as to my knowledge and according to a SNCO they are not being charged, punished, or reprimanded in anyway, I have also been notified that you are apparently “psychotic” a word used after explaining your stint in a mental facility or a psych ward I don’t remember exactly what was said at this time. When I asked about the video the SNCO said something along the lines of “they are legally separated” and “he was living in Florida””
Let’s clear some things up. Like I’ve said before on a previous update, I will always be honest and I will answer any questions that come up. I came across “Her side” of the story today and I have to say it’s quite delusional. This is apparently her side of the story from her commands perspective and what they believe. Her command seems to be taking crazy pills. The above quote mentions that I attempted to commit suicide. This is a FALSE statement; I’ve never tried to take my life. What is true is that I was admitted into a psychiatric ward because after suffering from a panic attack/nervous breakdown it was determined that I should be evaluated. I spend the night at the hospital and was released the next morning. This Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) allegedly states that I’m psychotic. One, I don’t think he understands what psychotic means…and two, I’ll let the video that’s circulating the internet right now act as a testimony to my mental state. I’m a very rational thinker and I suffer from anxiety. I’m dealing with very significant stressors right now
- No income currently
- No Friends or support on this island
- Constantly being denied access and visitation to my child
- Having to pay for two lawyers
- Finding out my wife has been unfaithful
And many more that I’m not going to bother to list. The bottom line is that if someone who is not a doctor is going to claim I’m psychotic over one incident that he has NO IDEA about then I’m not sure how credible this person can be. He states that I falsely accused Kristen of assault. I have no idea how someone can just blatantly lie like that. After the incident the Military police took pictures of my arm and my ripped trousers. At the time that they took the picture there were only scrapes on my arm and then it turned into bruising as you can see in my pictures. I had to give official statements to NCIS and the Criminal Investigation Division regarding this incident. They are currently investigating the assault and I’ll let them determine if there is enough evidence to say that she did it (I think there is).
He continues to state that my wife and I were legally separated and that I was living in Florida.

Also, yes I was living in Florida, and why was that? I was in Florida because she asked for some space and threatened be with Divorce if I didn’t go. I’ve explained this clearly in my original campaign description.
I have reason to believe that the SNCO mentioned above goes by the name of SSgt Brown. The only reason I’m assuming this is because SSgt Brown called me earlier this morning and started screaming at me because of how viral things have gotten. He claimed that my wife was receiving threats and made it very clear that he was unhappy about it. He was very angry and emotional and acted like I’m the one doing something wrong here. It’s this type of delusion and protection for her that I’m fighting. A lot of people asked why the command doesn’t step in. Well there is your answer. So SSgt Brown, Thank you for involving yourself further in this matter. Thank you for attempting to slander my name and discredit me.
Like I’ve said before and I will say this as many times as I have to. Everything I’ve said here is 100% honest and accurate. I’ve got nothing to hide and I will answer any questions or concerns. This seems to be a very controversial issue and my wife and her command are very angry because of the attention this is getting. I want to make something perfectly clear to everyone who is willing to listen, I’m never going to give up. I did not travel over 4000 miles to live alone in a house with no friends and no income just to make things difficult for my wife. I have MUCH better things to do. I came to Hawaii to fight for my rights as the father of my child. If you can’t see that then open your eyes, and if you’re in front of me get out of my way! I won’t stop until I have my daughter!
